Group Coverage Continuation Subsidy

Effective May 20, 2010, the Governor signed H.B. 1268, extending the maximum premium reduction period for continuation coverage. For your convenience, we have made this minor amendment to the original Model Notice, (click link below), to reflect the extended term which insurers must offer to eligible individuals. Compliance with Georgia law, since its effective date, is required.
