2013 RENEWALS WILL BEGIN AUGUST 1, 2012. 

The renewal period for 2013 will begin August 1st and end December 31st, 2012 for water-based sprinkler companies.  It will end November 30th , 2012 for portable fire extinguishers & fire suppression companies.  Any renewal after December 31, 2012 will incur a late penalty of $250 per renewal plus the renewal fee.  The company must complete the entire renewal application.  Do not leave quesitons blanks; if the question does not apply to your company or applicant put N/A.  

This renewal year you must send all documents together.  If you do not have the required documents do not apply until you do.  Your incomplete application will be returned.  Please put either your email address or fax number on your application.  No applications will be held pending documents this year.  These are the documents you will need to submit for a renewal

1. Company letter - requesting renewal and outline any changes 
2. Renewal application - 4 page minimum
3. Copy of insurance certificate
4. Certification Certificate
5. Ceu certificate
6. Color photo of tags
7. Fee

MESSAGE TO LOCAL AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION

If you do not see listed on our website a company working in your area , please contact us at sclark@sfm.ga.gov with the name of the company, the location of the business where unlicensed work was conducted and send the following documentation to us: digital photo of the service tags still attached (front and back), copy of company inspection reports or invoice and a copy of your report.   Cellphone photos work best and can be emailed. We will follow up on all complaints.

The portable fire extinguisher & fire suppression system company list only show the following information: the name of the business, physical address, phone number and licensed industry type; no technician information.  Please contact us for technician's information for these companies

Enter ALL in the search box for a complete listing of all currently licensed compaines.
